3.Non-" Import and Export of Wild Animal and Plant Species Commodity Catalogue "species certificate (Species certificate) : goods classified in the" Commodity Catalogue"，But it does not fall within the limits of CITES，Other wild animals and plants and their products that are not under key state protection，To prove that their specific species is not a regulated species，Certificate of permission to import and export。
